• Once visiting the website, one will have the option to register and create an account or use the website as a guest user. The user who will be accessing the website as the guest user will not be able to avail of offers, discounts, and consultations that are offered to the customer.

Once the registration is successful, you will receive the user id and password to access your account. Samples

These samples are only for trial purposes and for one time use. However, in some cases the quantity may be more than one time use depending on the customer usage.
These samples are only for customers to experience the feel & texture of the products and to check for any allergic reactions, before buying our final product.
Our products are made up of a wide range of essential oils, which may be allergic to some people depending on their skin. It is advised to thoroughly check the ingredient details or use our sample testers for complete satisfaction.

Payments

• Prices for the respective product products are set out on the website. The prices of the product are subject to change without any prior notice and at the sole discretion of Henua Products Private Limited.
• In respect of payment of any product that is ordered from the website, the user will have the option to make the payment through different payment instruments like a credit card, debit card, UPI, Net banking, or ‘Cash on delivery. If the product is purchased in ‘cash on delivery then the courier partner will charge a certain nominal fee with respect to that.
• While initiating the purchase of any product/s through debit card, credit card, or net banking, then the user will be directed to a secure payment gateway. In this regard, the company may enter into an agreement with a third-party payment gateway aggregator for the purpose of collection and retention of payments made by the user.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping and delivery of all the products placed on the website are done through our third-party courier partners. The delivery charges will reflect on the final statement of the payment that is to be paid by the customer in respect of the product.
