Shipping & Return Policy

Your purchased orders are shipped from our warehouse in Noida, through a registered third-party courier service.

Delivery Time for Domestic orders is 7 to 14 business days. We aim to dispatch all the orders within 48 working hours during weekdays but might take 2 to 4 business days during the festive/holiday season.

All the deliveries are held between 9 A.M. to 10 P.M. from Monday – Saturday. Excluding Public and National Holiday.

  • Shipping and billing address can be updated within 5 hours once the payment is successfully done. Please connect on  “email id” for the correct address.
  • The orders are delivered by the verification system of the delivery partner. (A sign while receiving the product or OTP verification)
  • Henua is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
  • All the claims for shortage and damage should be reported to Henua customer care on the same day of the delivery.

Shipping:

Goods will need to be signed or OTP to be provided for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

Henua takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Return and Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us within 24 hours of the order placed.
  • To cancel the order please write us at info@henua.in or call us at 9971722170. You can also fill the contact us form for the same.
  • The orders cannot be cancelled prior to 24 hours of payment or once they have been dispatched.
  • In case of cancellation of the order within the time frame, the amount will be refunded to the cardholder to the same payment instrument within 7 to 10 business days as per guidelines. (either this)
  • In case of cancellation of the order within the time frame, you will be charged 2.5% as a payment gateway fee. The balance amount will be refunded to the cardholder to the same payment instrument within 7 to 10 business days as per guidelines.

Return and Refund

If you receive a damaged product or any leakage in the product, please write us an email and send it to us within 24 hours, once the order is received. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a product exchange if they are found in original packaging and can be verified to be damaged and faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day your package has been returned, for the exchange request to be fully processed.

Please write to us within 24hours from the time of receiving the order (product) that you would like to exchange or refund at “email” with the following.

  • Your Order Id
  • Invoice Number
  • Details of request or complain
  • Images and videos to support the complaint with batch details visible. Without this, we cannot process the request.
  • For leakage, broken, unsealed product – clear image or video of non-seal, leak, damage part with mono-carton and outer packaging.
  • In case of the wrong item, missing product or less volume of the product received, please share the clear images or video of empty/faulty or missing or wrong product with mono-carton and outer packaging.
  • Mono-carton refers to Henua’s box/packaging for an individual product. Whereas outer packaging refers to the larger box in which all the products are delivered. Images of both the packing are required to claim.

Once all the details are provided it will take 72 working hours to revert on complaint/issue. If the exchange for your complaint is approved, you will be informed of the same and a reverse pick-up will be arranged. In case of a product refund, once the refund is approved the amount will reflect in the same account in the next 7 to 10 working days and you will receive an email for the confirmation.

The Products for exchange should be packed in the same packaging in which it was received.

Henua is not responsible for any damage after the delivery.

We understand that skincare is a personal purchase, for this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us and return the products to our address. However, postage will be charged at actuals.

Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability, kindly opt for our sample size packaging.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
